NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED!!

I really don't know why I bother renewing my contract with cell c because every time anything goes wrong with my phone. All I require is to be kept in the loop with my claim and not constantly have to phone you guys to follow up!! Team Leaders and Supervisors are making empty promises one after the next!! I have had it because I do not know what's happening!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone because there is no management on the floor to assist me with my claim!!! I want my phone by the end of this week as I have very important phone calls that I am waiting for, I do not have the luxury of owning two phones!! I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED AS IN YESTERDAY!!! THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING :(
