No feedback on upgrade

I got contacted by Cell C on the 29th of November in connection with upgrading my existing account. I requested a promotion they had for R999 a month which includes a Galaxy S23 Plus and a Galaxy watch. I've been waiting ever since that day. Today I called again only to be told that promotion isn't on anymore which is why there's been no delivery.

This is insanity! I agreed to a contract with this included. The phone was to be beige and the watch gold. I am very unhappy with this turn of events and am considering cancelling my order, wait for my contract to lapse and then move across to another network. This is not acceptable.
