No feedback on query originally logged on 31 Ocotober 2016

<p>After fighting with the staff in the call centre (084140) since 31 October 2016, requesting supervisors to phone me back with answers, getting absolutely no service at all. Spoken to almost 20 different consultants, once again I got exactly the same feedback to my query as 2 weeks ago. Their staff is inexperience and try and bull**** clients not knowing that some of us aren't as stupid as they think we are. Nobody takes any responsibility nor following up on queries as promised. They sms you stating they have received your query but when you call them back for further info they just don't update their systems, therefore everytime you call the call centre, none of them are aware of the progression of your query. </p>
