No Feedback on query and increase of tarrive charge on data bundle

<p>I logged a query about my air time that dissapeared within an hour, i loaded 3 vouchers before that my air time and data bundle just vanished within an hour, and i am still waiting for feedback and it has been now 3 weeks.</p> <p>Then also, i loaded a data bundel off 100mb for R19 today it is R25 for 100mb, and i was not even informed about the tarrif increase, and i received no communicaiton about it either.</p> <p>This is pathetic service from Cell C</p>
