NO Feedback on outstanding amounts paid in a year!!!!!!

I have logged a query with Cell C several times regarding two accounts that I have paid up and with ITC it still shows the amounts are OVERDUE! It is now almost a year later since I started following this up after payment was made and nothing happens!!!!!! TransUnion still shows the amount are overdue, no updates from cell c, they kept calling me to pay, was very eager to send me banking details and amounts owed, and once paid they just leave the information unchanged at the Credit Bureau...
