No feedback on my complaint

Im still waiting for feedback- i phoned on tuesday regarding the 50gig that is owed to me- it states on my new contract, on the leaflet and the consultant confirmed it with me... but still nothing!!!! Ref number is ********** 252- i phoned Cell C a couple of times already and still no feedback!!Come on guys wake up!!!
