No feedback on incorrect account

<p>I have recieved a bill for data which includes Feb and March in one bill. I have requested this to be ammended, to no avail.</p> <p>Sent an e-mail on the 20th, which stated turnover time of 48hours, no feedback recieved yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am being plummeted into debt due to a company that cannot get their billing right and does not care to respond to their customers!!!</p>
