NO FEEDBACK on cellphone repair
I handed my phone in for repairs about 6 weeks ago (Samsung A3). I received NO communication from Cell C within the last 6 weeks which is absolutely terrible service! I received the 1st communication on 08 December stating: \Your device as been allocated to a technician for an assessment at the Advanced Repair Centre. Your reference number is CLC***."<br> I think waiting 6 weeks for a response is absurd and then for the phone to be sent for repairs only NOW after 6 weeks is RIDICULOUS"
