No feedback on cancellation rwquested

On the 28th of April 2015, I emailed your company to serve my cancellation notice period for my *** contract. I have not received an email confirming my effective date of cancellation nor confirmation of my final payment.<br> <br> Please email my confirmation that y contract will be cancelled on the 28th of May 2015 and advise on my final payment via email.<br>
