No Feedback, No Statement, Service Still Blocked

Despite my previous complaint, my service remains blocked to this day.

I have still not received the statement I requested, and I specifically asked for a settlement amount so that I could settle the account and finally end this increasingly toxic relationship with your company. Unfortunately, there has been absolutely no feedback regarding my request.

I am trying to resolve this matter and make payment arrangements, but your lack of communication is making that impossible. It is unacceptable that a customer must repeatedly follow up just to obtain basic account information and a settlement figure.
