NO FEEDBACK!! NO RESPONSE !! NO PHONE !! NO UPGRAD

It has been precisely 2 weeks since I was last phoned with regards to a complaint that I have. I did put this on Hello Peter and suddenly everybody was callling. No it is dead quiet. Cell C needs to sort out my upgrade that was contractually entered into without trying to get out of their contractual obligation. There was a telephonic contractual agreement that was recorded. Performance in terms of this contract is now requested. this is absolutely ridiculous. i will not leave this problem and just let it be. So please sort this mess out now and we can all get off each others backs.
