No feedback no reference

Last week I posted my complain on hello peter about ******** deduction from my account by cell c and cancellation of the false sales contract, their agent responded and promised they will investigate and always keep in touch, when I asked for reference number he said they don't have but he will send his email and their support email while they investigate my cancellation. Someone called me and promise they collect their phone on Friday 04/03/2016 which he never did when trying to send the contact agent and tell him about the incident he is not responding to my emails. My worry is if they no I have a case why cant they give it a reference, regret trying to buy a contract form non trustworthy company like cell c.
