No feedback lack of service and wasting time

I have booked in my phone in 21/01/2016 I haven't had any feed back they said they will exchange my device but that was 02/02/2016 they don't give me any feedback I phone cellc repairs they only said they will let me know when my device is ready I am furious I have been waiting I am without a phone the lady kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then just puts the phone down before I can ask for reference or her name i am not happy in the way that they take care of there clients i would really just want a phone asap.
