NO FEEDBACK IN 5 MONTHS!!!
Cell C gave me a WiFi contract (R89p.m) , with an open line, after telling them I wanted a top up plan. I phoned them after receiving my first bill, shocked. They pulled the recordings to listen to the conversation, only to realise Cell C was at fault. They promised me my contract will be rectified in January. i Have been paying over a R1000 every month.I am still waiting ever since.<br> <br> i have now phoned Cell C over 10 times, NO help, NO feedback!!<br> <br> I really don't know what to do anymore! <br> <br> Please help!!!!!!
