No feedback from Cell C

My father app**** for online contract about 24hrs ago, was notified on website a agent will make contact, as said, almost 34 hours later, no feedback from Cell C. Been emailing a agent from Online department the whole day, Smangele Mokoena, says she tried to call him, but there is no miscalls on his phone and nobody phoned him.
