No feedback from accounts department.

I sent a query via email on 9th March regarding my account. They had charged me twice for the handset. The reason I sent an email is because I am a pensioner and cannot hear on the phone. This I reiterated when I sent another email asking when I can receive a reply too. On 12th March, they sent an email stating that case no. *** was sent to the correct department and that they would get back to me. I sent another email on 15th March and again on 20th March asking that they please reply to me on the email as I cannot hear on the phone. It's deplorable that one is being handled like this after many years as a customer. They don't even have the decency to get back to you to explain why they charged me twice for the device, and or what they are going to do about it. Some feedback would be appreciated.

I was charged on the 1 February for the old contract (Pinnacle) and the new contract (Elevate) on two different invoices for two different devices. That is the problem. I was charged the same day for 2 different packages. How does this make sense?! I have been trying to get hold of accounts since the beginning of the month to sort this out, but have now been told that I cannot be credited as I have already used some of the benefits of the Pinnacle. How on earth am I supposed to know which is which? As a client, one just uses the device. You are not aware of what has been loaded. If it was not loaded incorrectly, I would not have used it. I am now paying for the person who loaded the incorrect package's error, as I am being charged twice. Is this how Cell C makes their money? Loading incorrect packages that the client uses thinking it is the normal package and then tell you it is useless asking for a credit as you did in fact use the benefits. Is this how Cell C treats their loyal clients?! When my family's contracts are up, we WILL be moving to another network. Cell C is no longer going to get our business if this is how we are treated. I say again, I am a pensioner. I cannot afford to pay extra things like this. I am already struggling to make ends meet. No alternative was given as compensation of their mistake. They could have suggested that the unused Elevate be credited as that is for the same amount and has not been used, but they tell me they can only credit the Pinnacle if I had not used it. I am a very dissatisfied and upset client.
