No feedback for a **********ly opened contract

In February 2022 I mysteriously got debited for an account I supposedly have with Cell C. I went to the branch to report where I was told to bring an affidavit, copy of my ID and bank statement which I did. Documents were submitted and the store fowarded the documents to the ***** department but to this day I have not received any feedback on the **********ly opened contract and all I can do is keep reversing debit orders which is affecting my credit rating. PLEASE HELP!!!!
