no feedback and broken phones

My 1st complaint is about my sony z1 compact i have now send it in for repairs twice already and both times has it come back in a worst than ever condition and I have now really reached my limits whenever people phone me it sounds like im speaking in a cave or it makes the worst noises ever and cuts completely my back cover now has a scratch on the back that was never there im not happy about this at all and I really hope this matter will be sorted as soon as possible!!!! Not like my other queries about Huawei accessories which brings me to my second complaint im still waiting for the so called feedback about the screen protectors this is really bad service I have 5 contracts with you guys and expect better service from you guys really!!! I really hope this 2 matters will b attended 2 as soosn as possible
