No Feedback

I have complained long enough at cellc but they are always the same. Cellc doesnt give its customers feedback but why do they do that. I requested an uograde on Thursday last week and the lady said whe will give me feedback before end of day but up until now nothing. Even tried calling her but she has never been available. What is it really with CELLC and FEEDBACK, are they really enemies. This is not the first time i complained
