NO FEEDBACK
i want to mention to you that your service and reaction time to problems is very poor, Moses phoned me on monday at 12:39 and he later said he will call me again after 30 minutes, until today he did not call back to give me a proper complete feedback,, I know you are going to say you are sorry about the inconvenience but you sorry does not mean anything anymore because that is all you can offer
