NO FEEDBACK
On Friday 30 October 2015 I phoned the call centre about the GetMore deal that was promoted to me. A few weeks ago I got a call about this promotion and the caller said I would receive my info that coming Tuesday. Now, almost 3 weeks later I still haven't received any information regarding that call. When I phoned the call centre on Fiiday, they said they will call me back with feedback and still nothing. I can't use the advantages of the GetMore deal. And yet I am going to be charged for it! This is utterly bad service! I expected more since I've been a CellC customer for more than 5 years!<br> :/
