No feedback

Requested a call back on the site on the 20th of October, The next morning I received a call from the call center. I answered all the questions and received a mail requesting some documentation. I sent it through by 10:17 the same day. I later the day rep**** again requesting the color of the phone to be white (10:44). I received no reply. I then mailed again the 22 October 12:23 requesting if the documents were received and all was in order? No response. Had to create a complaint on Friday to get feedback that after the finance was approved they will contact me with the details. I phoned this morning to inquire what the status is on my request only to find out that my bank statements was out of date.. I included September, August and July. I then proceeded to cancel both the contracts as it is cheaper to get them at Telkom Mobile and most likely I will have better feedback.
