Over a month and a half ago I called into do a Sim Swap as I had misplaced my sim card. After being asked a million questions I was told someone else will call me to finalise the sim swap a few days later. Till today I'm still waiting for that someone to call. Can I please get a simply swap or am I asking too much? I mean really, your network isn't the best in the country, at least have people who are working for you
