On 22 May 2015 i went to take out a contract on a cellphone when i got there and enquired about a neo samsung i was informed that the phone is not available but was informed that it will be available 24 to 48 hours to get the phone i was asked if i could do all the paper work the conrtact was signed and i had to do a sim swap that was done and was activated on Friday afternoon thinking that i would get the phone 24 hours later been without a phone now for six days waiting for cell c to deliver on there promise went there on 27May 2015 to enquire I was told the phone is on bulk order so will i have to wait 24 to 48 days before getting the phone
