Ref no: ***<br> I have been struggling sins the beginning of April with Cell C to upgrade my contracts and for Cell C to provide feedback on the seven issues I have mailed on the 23rd of April as a result of the service I received. I am currently still without a phone on one of the contracts I have upgraded. After the mail I sent on the 23rd of April I have contacted Cell C two or three times, every time the call agent confirms that someone will be in contact in the next 24h. Well I am still waiting. <br>
