Hi <br> <br> on the 31st of March i spoke to Mpho Molekwa to apply for a cellphone( Microsoft 532 Lumia ) , we emailed each other and when i received the 3 parcels on the 2nd April 2015. I then called and spoke to Bjorn Volwyn , he helped me nicely .On the 9th April ,Ram collected the parcels . Bjorn said it takes 2 weeks then they will let me know if they received the 3 boxes , I have emailed him on Friday , no feedback . Today is the 11th of May more than a month . I need feedback or i will go and report Cell C to the ombud as well <br>
