no feedback

I sent Cell C an email to ask why my bill that was supposed to be R99.00 came in at R270. I called previously to renew my contract and the lady told me not to worry I can just go on month by month. All remains the same. i then sent cell C an email asking to cancel my contract and why by bill more than double. On 17/03/2015 I received confirmation that my email was received and that I would receive feedback within 48 hours. Well, today is 23/03/2015 and nothing from Cell C. no surprise.
