No feedback

I have been having endless problems with cell c<br> I took out a new phone contract in Feb 2014 and i only used the contract till June 2014 then my phone was switched off due to them stating that i did not pay my contract which i did from the time i started the contract, i called no feedback, i sent emails and i got feedback next day stating that i would get a call in the next 2- 3 days which never happened.<br> so long story short i was i got a call in august 2014 and i was suppose to get a call back which again never happened.<br> so i was waiting for any news and kept on paying even though i could not use my phone. <br> I then received a call from there legal team in December stating that my account and number have been deleted from the system and i had to pay the full amount of +/- R9000 which i could not pay at one time.<br> I went to get some information from the store which they had nothing, i need to get hold of them which i have been trying ever since to make a payment plan.<br> <br> Please i need to get hold of someone.<br> <br> <br>
