NO FEEDBACK - 5 DAYS AFTER QUERY

Not only is Cell C a ******* service provider with *********** technical staff and overall *********** staff, they don't care about giving feedback within a reasonable time frame. I am convinced this is because I constantly complain and lodge complaints against them, that they now probably decided to ignore the problem.<br> <br> I am now referring this matter to The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, as I have given Cell C more than enough time to sort out my queries. I received my reference number on 22/10/2015 and to date no one from Cell C has contacted me as promised, nor have I received the email I requested with the information required.<br> <br> PATHETIC!!!
