No feedback????

I havent received feedback or any repsonse on the submission of my deceased mother`s cellphone/wifi contract.I visited the CellC store in Zevenwacht Mall and the consultant emailed through the docs.Called again after two days but I hear it is sitting with the estate department.What am I to do? Should her debit orders go through? Should I close her bank acc? You are not giving me any options to work with?

Yes , the person tried to get in touch and he emailed me that he couldnt get a hold of me.....Well I emailed back yesterday telling him Im available....and 24 hours later ,he still didnt call????
