Morning
I am really disappointed with the level of service that I am getting from Cell C, I have a query that I need their assistance in and when ever I call, the consultants cant help me and Im always given a reference number and Im told that they will contact me after 2-3 working days and its been weeks now. When I decide to call them im put on hold until the Line hangs up and they dont bother calling me back.
Im told I owe them yet i keep paying them monthly and they still debit my account but my line are closed, I have been asking for my records and they all cant provide me with any but my phone lines are closed.
