No feedback

Enquired via facebook about mobile wifi on Tuesday 5th December. Was told that latest offers would be on your website that same day, person's initials were NS. To date I have not seen any deals for mobile wifi on your site and I have sent messages on facebook for feedback but nobody has bothered to reply. Your service is quite terrible. Do you have mobile wifi or not? You are going to lose business if your staff conduct themselves this way. I have already enquired with Vodacom and will most likely go with them for mobile wifi.
