No feed back on refund due

On 30 March l receiced an email from Thobile Ngomane with reference ***. Up to now noone has bothered to update me on my refund. Secondly l had lodged a complaint against an agent by the name of Nqobile who was rude and l was promised that Nqobile team leader will come to me after investigating my complaint but up to today nobody has come back. I am still disgusted with the way Nqobile treated me and secondly disgusted that my refund query is not being attended. Thirdly your whole service is disgusting. For Sure the power is in your hands to provide bad service to your clients. Refund me my money, PAYBACK MY MONEY.
