No empathy from Cell C

I emailed sm @cellc .co. za on the 28/01/2020 requesting assistance with my Wife's Cell C contracts that needs to be cancelled due to her having ill health. I wanted to cancel the contracts and pay off the outstanding balances over a period of time, as my Wife is no longer in a financial position to pay for the contracts.

I received a call from someone at Cell C that said that nothing can be done but he would get the credit control department to give me a call so that I can explain the situation to them and maybe they can advise what to do.

To date, no one has contacted me nor my Wife. Instead, Cell C unfairly lists my Wife with XDS credit bureau. I have tried to amicably resolve this but no one from Cell C is willing or able to assist.
