No Ease of Resolution

We took out 2 contracts with Cell C in Feb.Since then we encountered endless problems that took them months to resolve and once it was resolve a new problem would arise.We are at the point of cancellong our contracts now and they refuse to do this.All we receive are failed promises of no callbacks.The latest problem is them forcing us to pay a 3rd contract which we do not have with them and which they cannot find on their systems yet they are expecting payment.This has been a nightmare and we have given Cell C the benefit of the doubt once too many times.We no longer which to be affiliated with Cell C and would rather much pay another provider where by we will be assured that we will receiving quality service and ease of resolution.
