No Devices in stock
On the 26th of November 2021 i made an upgrade on my existing contract and i requested to be upgraded to an Iphone 13. I was told that they were currently out of stock. I then waited for the whole month of December for the device but i never recieved it. Upon realising thay i will never get the device i then requested to cancel the upgrade and choose a diffent device. I was told that i would get the device in the next 3 days. Upon doing a follow up i was told that this new device is also out of stock. What a joke. It looks like they have no device in stock.

I understand the Shortage of Iphones. It is a Global issue but you cannot run short of all devices from Different brands. I recently ordered a Samsung S21 and thay is what my complaint is about
