no delivery or communication

<p>I app**** for a mobile router on contractin April I was told it would delay being delivered due to high demand of the product. I was contacted and promised I should get it the last week of April. It's now mid May and I have received no communication whatsoever. My call never gets answered when I call the call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service.</p>
