No Delivery on upgrade

I was contacted telephonically by a Cell C direct agent who enquired about an early upgrade of my contract. I accepted the contract and was informed that I can expect delivery the same day or the following day and would be contacted by the courier company an hour prior to delivery. I have contacted Cell C direct to follow up on the delivery of my upgrade and was informed that the phone hasn't even been released yet???? How can you promise a client same day or next day delivery of a phone that is still pending its release???? I was offered an upgrade under false pretences! Now, after accepting the offer I am told that they don't even know when the phone will be released? This is ********! The number I was called from for this unavailable upgrade is ***
