no delivery on promises

good day<br> <br> i had sent in a phone for repair i received a contract of an m5 aqua which is supposedly waterproof as per the box and the manufacturers adverti*****ts and what i was told by the consultant. i used the phone underwater twice and it stopped working the screen would go black and constantly switch on and off while on calls it would just disconnect as far as my awareness of the CPA goes any phone purchased and that is faulty should be replaced if within 6 months lo and behold the phone was actually sent in for repairs and i am left without a phone despite my attempts to receive answers i am left frustrated i guess the slogan cell c for yourself is true i will c for myself as i have had no joy at all. please explain when i am getting a phone or how to cancel my contract.
