NO DELIVERY OF SIM CARD AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
On the 8th June 2015 I took out a sim only one gigabyte data and 25 minutes Topup contract with Cell C.<br> There was no delivery of a new sim card or contract document. The data was loaded on my prepaid sim card and it was migrated to contract.<br> Queries lodged with the service provider fell on deaf ears and were never addressed.<br> Till today I have received no sim card, contract document or statement.
