No Delivery of new phone

After almost a month I am still waiting for my phone on my new contract to be delivered. Nobody can assist you when you phone, and complaints via email fall on deaf ears. They keep on referring you to the next department. You can hardly hear the consultant on the other side of the line at the call centre because there is so much noise and laughter in the background, sound like they are doing business from the side walk. Now I can understand why the service is so pathetic. There is not enough space in this block to raise my opinion and I need somebody with authority from Cell C to make contact with me so that I can explain story in full.
