NO DELIVERY OF HANDSET AFTER 16 WORKING DAYS

I placed an order for a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact on 02 Feb 2015, after waiting a week for my handset I phoned to follow up. Only then did they advised that they don't have stock and I must check again on 16 Feb 2015. I specifically asked the Sales Person Dumolwenkosi Mthimkhulu if he is certain that I am going to receive my handset in that week and he assured me yes.<br> <br> I phoned again 19 Feb 2015 and they advised that the verification was done and I should receive my handset tomorrow Friday 20 Feb 2015 but the agent Jolia will phone me back to confirm. Phoned again 20 Feb 2015 as I received no feedback and the agent once again assured me that I should definitely receive my handset Monday 23 Feb 2015. I phone today and GUESS WHAT I AM STILL NOT GOING TO GET DELIVERY TODAY!!!<br> <br> If i had known 3 weeks ago that I will be waiting this long for my handset I would have gone to another supplier. Myrna Marais phoned me and said that RAM will be deliering tomorrow 24 Feb 2015 but I am going to be on sick leave 24 & 25th and because it is not an upgrade no-one else can sign on my behalf so I have no idea when i will receive my handset!!! Absolutely unacceptable !!!
