No Delivery, No Record of transaction

I placed an order online. I was then contacted by customer care to confirm some details. He advised that the contract was approved and I could expect delivery by 12am on Monday. The delivery never happened. After a number of phone call on the Tuesday I was advised that there is no outstanding delivery or new contract.....

Time to change services providers?

I received a phone yesterday afternoon from Cell C. However, still no resolution or explanation. Very poor service over all from Cell C! the really scary part is I submitted personal information and now Cell C have now idea where it is or what happened to it.

No call back from online services as has been promised. I have been advised of a technical problem. Still no idea if and when product will be delivered. Total pathetic service levels. I will be sharing this level of poor service levels far and wide!

This is the 4th time since Tuesday I have been told online will phone me! It never happens. Stop lying to your clients. Cell C = No Service Very Poor Cell C. Delivery promised for Monday, its no Thursday. Online is unable to even make a phone call. How do you expect them to be able to process an order and then deliver it! Maybe you guys should call me in to conduct a seminar on customer service, clearly you need it

and still waiting.................. Is this deal/delivery actually going to happen?!?!?! Its is clearly pointless visiting a cell c shop for assistance, or calling customer care......very very sad indeed. Maybe it is time we cancel this before we proceed any further ?!?!?!

I am super impressed. RAM Couriers delivered my device today. The level of service from RAM was excellent. I was kept in the loop via SMS. Although Cell C gave the courier company the wrong address it was very quickly sorted out and delivered. Cell C, you should take some tips from the courier company that you use. There is no excuse for you level of poor service!
