No delivery no communication, Nothing!!

Here I am again Cell C, was promised my parcel would be delivered last Thursday, got a call RWS couriers, and an sms from Courier IT to confirm it , but nothing, Friday I followed up with you and you said your freight said they got delayed but the delivery would surely be done on that same Friday which never happened, today is Monday and look at the time already, no message no nothing from either you Cell C or your courier, like no one cares now, how sure am I if my parcel was not delivered at a wrong address or something, this really is not on, I don't even know who that courier is between Courier It and RWS, because the other called me the other smsed, I am really confused, if I don't deserve to have this laptop rather cancel mos, at first I had to patiently wait for a full 4 weeks because you didn't have stock, now I am told the courier is on their way, since Thursday but no one pitches, where are they driving from? It's not fair cause when my billing date comes, I will be billed for something that I don't even have, please don't tell me they will deliver today, if they won't, otherwise just cancel
