No delivery

I honestly believe my time with cell c is done .....I have app**** for an upgrade on the 7th of January 2022 and I have not received the phone or a call till today ...sad part is the upgrade was incorrectly done from the 27/12/2021 already meaning I've been waiting forever...I don't have the energy for this anymore can I kindly be assisted to cancel my contract so I can freely move to another network provider
