No Delivery
After spending a couple of years with FNB connect, I thought I would give Cell C another chance, I am in the second month of my contract and I must say that your service is terrible. it has taken more than 2 weeks and my new phone has still not been delivered. I have spoken to your call centre twice In this week to arrange the delivery and it's still not done.
Sincere apologies for the bad experience and inconvenience caused.
We have requested one of our team members to follow up on this matter and assist.
