No delivery

I am sooo dissapointed with Cell C again....last week Wednesday I app**** for another contract with Cell C, Wi-fi router. The sales person who assisted me told me that everything has been approved and I will be receiving my delivery on friday or monday. On Monday I called to find out if I was going to receive my delivery as I had receive no confirmation from Cell C, the person assisting me told me that they had not sent out my application but i should expect an sms confirming delivery today. I called the call center today since I did not receive any sms and the lady who assisting me told me that the router that I app**** for was out of stock but the sales agent which was assisting me changed my order from a Huawei Wi-Fi Router to a ZTE Router without informing me about it. And she said I must expect my order latest on Monday next week. I am not sure how is this possible for an agent to just change my order without confirming with me or even explaining to me what was the problem with the one I had originally ordered. Worse I experienced the same problem with delivery a few months ago with Cell C when it took 3 weeks to deliver my order. I am so angry and dissapointed.
