No delivery

Good Day <br> <br> I called Cell C on their special offers - Of getting 2 phones on the same contract.<br> They have delivered the Samsung J1 and I am still waiting on the second phone Samsung tablet. I have tried to communicate with and resolve the matter, however no good came out of communication as they take me back to the Contract Departmnet which they are difficult to reach. when I call 084 145 then select oprtion 2, I wait forever, then opt the second option which was mailing [Email Removed] which the agent will call me and direct me to Contract Departments - and they say if it happens that you do not get through please call them on 084 145 and I have been repeating the same process for the password 3 weeks trying to call the Contract Department to deliver my phone or guide me through the process of returning their package back to them but nothing.<br> I am not happy with the Cell C service. <br> <br> And they say if you get the contract with them from the head Office. You do not get charged on activating your phone or sim but I was charged on that regard again. they do not reference the account number with the bill.<br> We receive the massage that says your bank has been nominated
