NO DELIIVERY ON INSURANCE CLAIM

I made an insurance claim on the 20th of April 2015, I was told to pay an excess amount of R500 which I did, I called to confirm reeceipt and I was told that I will get the phone between 5 to 7 seven days . I'm phoning each and every day which is a hasle to get through and Im been taking from pillar to post with different feedback. I requested to speak to a supervisor who told me that the agent have been giveng me false/wrong information and she will address it with them and she apologises and also promised that I will receive my handset before end of the week . TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HANDSET AND IM GOING TO CANCELL MY OTHER HANDSET INSURANCE WITH THEM .
