No debit order was done month end now they charging me extra R70

Lungile Ntuli call me from cell c and require the statement to see if the debit order did not went trough ,

i have to request the statement from the bank on my own expense coz i will pay for that statement.

The mistake they did they debited the incorect amount of which i pay for debit order charges also

I did send her the statement i am still waiting for their respond.

Please note i will advise you when to debit the amount of June as i dont have money now and was not my mistake.

Now i am being threaten with sms's that my line will be suspended today because no payment received of which that wasnt my mistake...

Lungi contact me but it seems like she dont understand that it wasnt my problem that the debit order bounced because it is cell c that debited incorrect amount thats why the debit order bounced..

they think where im gonna get money now on the 13th i advised her that if i can get the money before month end will call them and advise them to debit if not they can debit double month end..

if my line can be suspended i will never continue with cell c contract will never even recommend it to people...
